Join or create an organization. If you’re in High school or
College, start an anime club. In most cases, groups can
accomplish far more than individuals can—you’ll become more
informed about the anime scene, and you’ll build contacts
that you can share anime with. If not in such a social
institution, check the internet for local groups (e.g.: meetup.
com) or conventions that are close to you.
Barnes and Noble Discussion groups: some Barnes and
Noble stores have Sci-fi or Manga book gatherings every
month. That is a great place to talk with consumers and
convince them to do the cheaper thing and stop purchasing
the books. Your influence in a small setting like that is quite

Internet Forums: Myspace groups and Gaia Forums are
great places to get information and partake in the internet
community.
